Tivo Upgrade

Well, I did it. I upgraded the 'ole Tivo box. My unit came with a standard 40GB hard drive, now its 250GB. You can do it too! Check out http://tivo.upgrade-instructions.com/. They recommend Maxtor QuickView drives, but I just used a plain old Western Digital. It is sweet.
